Going Strong Counselling and Psychotherapy uses Power Diary, for booking services and practice mangement software. Power Diary are a leading provider in the international field of provision of such services. Additioanlly, all Power Diary data is backed up hourly to separate storage devices, and an additional separate daily backup is made to AWS S3 storage. Monthly backups are retained for a minimum of 2 years. All data drives and S3 storage is encrypted using secure and industry compliant encryption technology, keeping data at the forefront of security. In addition to this, collection and retention of your personal and information is handled in full compliance with all relevant Australian and International law.


Stripe is our payment processing service of choice. Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider – Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. You can read more about Stripe’s security here.


With the exception of https://www.powerdiary.com and https://www.stripe.com any links to other websites, such as social media or other mental health services websites, provided on https://www.goingstrongcounselling.com are not within the purview of our responsibility, and as such, we are not responsible for any form of transmission made or received from any platform or media forum you choose to engage with, beyond our website. Links to external sites are provided as a convenience only, and the presence of any such links neither implies nor constitutes an explicit endorsement of, or association with. such websites in any form.


This agreement is governed by applicable Australian national and state law and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in in any and all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website.
