Pricing and Payment Information.
Our current pricing structure:
- Standard Sessions are $100.
- Extended Sessions are $200.
PLEASE NOTE: Standard Sessions have been priced to be less than the gap amounts payable under some therapist’s pricing schedules, during this unprecedented period of high demand for quality mental healthcare services.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and any other debit card that functions as a credit card when it comes to online payments. We do not accept Diner’s Club.
All first-time payments are processed at the conclusion of your initial session with us, via your Client Portal, which most customers create, via our Booking or Home Page, in order to make bookings, see upcoming appointments and view invoices.
This method allows your payment details to be securely processed directly by Stripe, a world leader in online payment processing. Neither Going Strong Counselling nor Power Diary (our booking software provider) will be able to see your credit card details. Storing them on Stripe on your first payment will mean that you won’t need to enter them again for appointments with us. At the conclusion of any future sessions, your payments may be simply processed by us and after every such successful payment you’ll recieve a receipt, showing your balance as paid in full.
No payments or part payments are requested upfront.
Your payments are secure and protected with Stripe. Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider – Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. You can read more about Stripe’s security here.
